Mindful Pathway training helps teams to increase their emotional intelligence over the long term. As their EQ develops, so does their resilience, collaboration, agility in the face of complexity, creativity, understanding and general wellbeing.
From as little as 1 hour to a full day, we introduce your employees to the principles of Mindfulness, the Science behind its impact on the brain and/or an experiential workshop.
Ruth has a technical background which gives her the skills now as a Mindfulness teacher to explain the scientific concepts behind Mindfulness to everyone. This helps them understand the benefits as it relates to their everyday lives.
All talks and workshops have a foundation in science and are great for anyone including those who are technically minded. They’re delivered as you would expect any other professional development training to be – either on-site or at a venue of your choice.
Our employee Mindfulness taster sessions are usually about 1 hour and 15 minutes long. They’ve been created by the Mindful Pathway team to introduce teams to the concepts of Mindfulness and how it can be beneficial to them specifically in the workplace.
We have delivered these as a ‘lunch and learn’ session but find they often work better when teams don’t have to try and eat at the same time! We are happy to deliver these as early morning or twilight sessions if this suits you better.
Practical Interactive workshops (half days)
For a deeper and very practical exploration and training around Mindfulness, half-day workshops are recommended for up to 20 participants.
These workshops are designed to be practical so people can apply the principles and practices into their lives.
They tend to be on one of the below themes and are usually for more specific audiences (e.g. leadership training). Common topics include:
- Creating new habits – a practical Mindfulness workshop
- Mindful Communication – listening skills for enhanced relationships
- An Introduction to Mindful Leadership – a management workshop for leading in a complex world
Our short courses are recommended to gain a full introduction to Mindfulness and allow employees to experience developing a daily Mindfulness practice.
The courses have been designed working closely with many employers; and allow employees enough time to reflect and practice within the confines of the working day
An Introduction to Mindfulness for Creativity & Stress Reduction
This course includes:
- 5* 1hr 15min sessions
- Downloadable meditations for home practice
- Weekly emails with reminders of content covered
- Email contact with tutor(s) as desired
Mindful Leaders Programme
This course is always developed with the business that we’re working with. We tend to work with team leaders, junior and middle management as we’ve found more senior leaders and directors prefer our Mindful Leadership programmes. This course can be run on a 1-2-1 or group basis either over a number of short sessions or a smaller number of longer sessions.
Starting with self-awareness and reflection, it includes a number of exercises as well as meditations and discussion.
