Mindfulness Training for Employees
We understand that strong team dynamics and wellbeing are vital for businesses to succeed and provide a thriving culture for employees. Mindful Pathway training helps teams to increase employees’ emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience over the long term. As their EQ develops, so does their resilience, collaboration and general wellbeing.
We operate a no-fluff neuroscience-based approach to EQ and Mindfulness training for employees. Here, they develop their skills through keynotes, workshops and coaching spaces.
From as little as 1 hour to a full programme, we introduce your employees to the principles of Mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
Key training areas include:
- Mindful Leadership – emotional intelligence and resilience for modern leaders
- Creating new habits – practical Mindfulness skills and routines
- Mindful Communication – listening and empathy for better business relationships
All talks and workshops have a foundation in science and are great for anyone including those who are technically minded. They’re delivered as you would expect any other professional development training to be – either on-site or at a venue of your choice.
Our employee Mindfulness taster sessions are usually about 1 hour long. They’ve been created by the Mindful Pathway team to introduce teams to the concepts of Mindfulness and how it can be beneficial to them specifically in the workplace.
We have delivered these as a ‘lunch and learn’ session but find they often work better when teams don’t have to try and eat at the same time and can be given this time as professional development. We are happy to deliver these as early morning or twilight sessions if this suits you better.
Practical Interactive workshops (half days)
For a deeper and very practical exploration and training around Mindfulness, half-day workshops are recommended for up to 15 participants.
These workshops are designed to be practical so people can apply the principles and practices into their lives.
They tend to be on one of the below themes and are usually for more specific audiences (e.g. leadership training). Common topics include:
- Creating new habits – a practical Mindfulness workshop
- Mindful Communication – listening skills for enhanced relationships
- An Introduction to Mindful Leadership – a management workshop for leading in a complex world
Our programme are recommended to help employees develop their skills over the long term. This is where our own research shows the biggest development.
An Introduction to Mindfulness for Creativity & Stress Reduction
This course includes:
- 6* 1hr 15min sessions
- Downloadable meditations for home practice
- Weekly emails with reminders of content covered
- Email contact with tutor(s) as desired
Mindful Leaders Programme
We’ve found more senior leaders and directors prefer our Mindful Leadership programmes. These courses are usually a mix of 1-2-1 and group workshops and (although we will recommend what has worked) can be designed to suit the leadership cohort. Groups of 12 are an ideal number with which a group can grow their Mindfulness and EQ over a programme.
