For individuals who have completed the 8 week Mindfulness course with us or elsewhere can join us online (+ a face to face day retreat) for this 4 week path in from January 2020. This is a limited opportunity as we have a capacity of 12.
- An intro 30 min online pre-session with Ruth
- 4 sessions 7.30-9pm live on a Tuesday evening online via zoom covering
- Overcoming obstacles in meditation
- Using the Science of habit creation to establish habits that stick
- Refresh of themes from the 8 week course
- opportunity for group and small group/ pair work online
- a day retreat on Sunday 9th February
- A new set of lightly-guided meditations for home practice
- a stable internet connection
- a computer with webcam & audio (we make the rest of the tech easy!)
