As a Mindful Pathway 8 week course graduate (or from elsewhere), you can join our Mindfulness evening sessions. There are usually four per year and you can buy individually or as a pass for the year.
Here is an opportunity to learn together, to support ourselves and each other in our Mindfulness practice. There will also be a break in the middle to connect with like-minded people.
Sessions run from 7.30-9.30pm including a break.
All profits go to our hardship fund.
Feel free to join us whether you are meditating daily, not at all or somewhere in between 🙂

Due to demand, it is recommended that you book in advance as sessions may be full. You can book for as many sessions as you wish – we just need 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a booking to get a refund.
