The Mindful Pathway Graduate Mindfulness Community is for those who have done the 8 week course with us or elsewhere
Mindful Pathway is a growing community of like-minded people who come together regularly to support each other in their practice and extend our learning together.
As a graduate of our 8 week Mindfulness course (or an 8 week MBCT or MBSR course elsewhere), you are invited to join our mindfulness community which includes the option to attend Mindfulness evenings and retreat days as well as a private Facebook group.
Mindful Pathway graduates are automatically invited to the Facebook group at the end of the course. If you attended an 8 week course elsewhere, please contact us to let us know where you attended the course to get your invitation.
Graduate Evening Sessions
Our Mindfulness Community evening sessions are orientated around a theme and include teachings, reflection + meditation practice. There is also a break to allow for connecting with fellow course participants and like-minded people. They are held at the Mansion House at Oaklands College and are taught by one of our teachers or a guest teacher.
The sessions are always 7.30-9.30pm including a break. The final date for 2020 is Wednesday 23rd September
Graduate Day Retreats
The next retreat day is at Oaklands college on Sunday 9th February.
These days are usually mainly in silence with opportunity for reflection at the end. Working with silence is a practice which can help you deepen your experience with Mindfulness. As teachers, we are always there to support you so you can talk to us if you need to but in general, the day is in silence with a series of guided practices.
