Mindful Pathway is a consultancy that facilitates leaders’ development in complex and fast-paced industries (often technology, marketing and finance). We support them to develop their leadership behaviours to serve their people, the bottom line and their wider social purpose.
We have a passion for cutting edge leadership trends for SMEs that drive performance and enjoyment at work. We also work with a wider group of associates on areas such as culture development, employee experience and social responsibility for businesses that want to transform.
